Cousins

I am so lucky my kids have so many cousins! On my side Allison is the oldest and the ages start at 5 1/2, 4 1/2, 4, 2 1/2 and 2! Boy do we have fun get together! And Richards side of the family well there a little older! There are 7 cousins, my oldest niece is 23 and the youngest is 9! I didn't grow up with any cousins! I saw my cousins once a year, and because my mother was the youngest in her family my cousins are way older than me! It is absolutely wonderful that my children are able to be surround by there cousins!!!

Today we attended another T-ball game for my nephew!!! He made a home run, so proud of him!! Lets just say Cooper wasn't his pleasant self, we barely made it through the hour game!! After the game was over we played at the near by park which I snapped this picture of them all holding hands!!!

Marriage.....

I picked up Allison from school a couple days ago and one of my friends DJ stop us to talk. Her son Christian attended the same preschool as Allison and they have stayed friends even though there not in same Kindergarten class. DJ also has a daughter Cooper's age, Cooper and Zoe love each other!! Christian had colored a huge picture for Allison, a heart and gave it to her at school! DJ told me that Christian had told her that when he grows up he is going to marry Allison, because she is so beautiful. Allison heard DJ tell me this, and when we got in the car she said "Mom, I don't know who I am gonna marry when I grow up. But I'll probably kiss a boy when I am 17!"

Sleepy boy

Ever since we came back from California, Cooper has been terribly stubborn when it comes to nap time. Instead of waking up early Cooper has been sleeping in. I literally have to force him to get up in the mornings! Cooper will tell me "I still sleepy, mommy." or "Go away!" But when it comes to nap time he simply refuses to nap. He will get up and play with his toys for two hours!! I will go in and put him in his bed over and over! Then when were on our way to pick Allison up from school he usually falls asleep. But he wasn't getting a good nap and was intirelly way to cranky for most of the day. So Sunday afternoon Richard put Cooper down for a nap and we found him on the floor asleep! He apparently grabbed his pillow and blankets and decided to watch TV!!! Oh and if you didn't notice Cooper is wearing his Halloween costume,
we have learned he likes to play dress up as much as his sister!

Rodeo Day

I totally forgot to post about Allison's Rodeo Day. Friday the entire Kindergarten had Rodeo day. All the kids and teachers dressed up in there boots, cowboy hats and attire. The teachers even sent home a note and ask if the children could bring there stick horses. On Wednesday Allison picked out her outfit which I had nothing to do with. She was so excited on Friday and jumped out of bed. At school they made chili and cornbread for the children to try. Played games like horse shoe's, riding a bull, and barrel races. They ate sack lunch's outside. Allison told me that she didn't want to leave school that day!!!

Soccer and a moive!!!

Saturday Allison had her first soccer game of the season! We have been with the bumblebees since 09, this was Richards first game to coach. Our girls won the game 14-4!!! Allison was so aggressive her head was in the game the whole time. Although she didn't score any goals, I couldn't be more proud of her. You can definitely tell after a few season Allison skills have definitely improved. I was so proud of all of our girls on the team, they did a super job!! I am totally looking forward to the rest of the season.

After the game we headed to Odessa for lunch with my in laws to support Fuddruckers donation to Autism. What a fabulous meal with wonderful company. After lunch my in laws watch the kiddos while we helped a friend move into her new house! To end the day we decided to take the kids to the drive in to watch Hop. It was such a cute movie, the kids laughed a ton! What a full fun day.

T-ball and Ice cream

On Friday My nephew had his second t-ball game! Richard had class so I loaded up the kids and headed to the game! If you can believe Cooper sat still the entire hour game. Although I had a little help, from popcorn and a snow cone!! My nephew did fabulous!! He seemed much more interested in t-ball then he was in soccer! He hit the ball and made it to first base and the next time he was up to bat he made all the way to second base! Both Allison and Cooper cheered and cheered for Zach! After the game we played on the coolest lil play ground, which was the perfect size for Cooper. After playing for 20 minutes we decided to take the kids to get some ice cream! For the first time since getting our new car we used our third role seating!!! Allison and Zach ate all of there ice cream, did I mention Cooper didn't even touch his!!! I guess Cooper was to busy playing on the indoor play area!

Two front teeth, Hockey game, and yellow nails!!!

With posting about our California Vacation I've gotten behind! Time to catch up!!!

Allison lost her two front teeth last week. On Tuesday Allison came home from school telling me how lose her two front teeth were. When it came to dinner time one tooth was really lose so she wiggled and wiggled it. That tooth was barley hanging on, by one side. So when daddy came home from work he barely touched it and it came out. Eventually on Friday Allison lost her other tooth while eating dinner with her Aunt and Uncle! I love the tooth fairy (My sweet Husband) he is so good at picking up teeth and leaving a gift. Allison looks so sweet minus her two front teeth, I never thought my five year old would lose her teeth this quick! Allison will stick her tongue through her gap, and whistles too!

Last Saturday we attended the Jacklopes hockey game. It was Autism awareness night! Our friends son dropped the puke. We had a fabulous time!!! While at the game we ran into some friends of ours the Russell's! We ended up sitting with them the entire time, we only set in our seats for five minutes! I have never seen Cooper love on people as much as he loves on the Russell boys! He actually sits still with them! The kids ate tons of food from pickles, cotton candy, pickles, and candy. It was a good game the jacklopes won 4-2!!!

Before the Hockey game Allison and I went to go get a Mani/Pedi!! Allison painted her nails yellow to match her soccer team color. Go bumble bees!!! Alli loves getting her nails painted. Although the paint didnt last even a week!!!!!!!!
